Overview

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is set to transform society beyond our wildest imaginations. It is  revolutionising industries and human capital, while seamlessly integrating into our personal lives redefining how we live, work, and play. Yet, as AI takes on decision-making roles previously exclusive to humans, we need to address its ethical implications as well.

Accountability for AI ethics and governance falls on senior executives like yourself. You need to be well-versed in the regulations, implications, and governance frameworks incorporating AI ethics, both in Singapore and overseas. If your organisation develops or deploys AI, ignoring ethical issues can lead to severe governance, regulatory, and/or reputational risk.

AI ethics isn't just a matter of complying with regulations; it affects every stakeholder in the organisation. To foster confidence in AI, solution providers and end-users must embrace responsible AI use by prioritising fairness, transparency, explainability, and human-centricity. It is crucial to align internal policies, structures, and processes to uphold ethical standards. How best can you do all this?
