Rajesh Sreenivasan


Rajesh has over 20 years of experience advising state governments and multinational corporations in the telecommunications, computer hardware and software sectors.


Rajesh is ranked as a Tier 1 lawyer by Chambers Asia-Pacific 2018 who is “highly prized by multinational technology companies for his expertise in data protection, telecoms regulation and cybersecurity.”


Regionally, Rajesh is assisting the ASEAN Secretariat on a pan-ASEAN forum to address convergence of IT, telecoms and broadcasting and by the Commonwealth Secretariat to co-lead an e-government capacity building exercise.


Steve Tan


With more than 18 years of legal experience, Steve is at the forefront of data protection and cybersecurity work and developments in Singapore as well as in Asian regional countries. Steve has assisted clients across multiple industries on cyber/data security matters, conduct of cyberbreach simulation exercise, data breach incident response, data protection law compliance.


Steve is recognised as a Leading Individual for TMT by The Legal 500 Asia Pacific since 2010, and attracts praise for being “one of the best in the field of personal data protection” (2017) and for his “wealth of knowledge and experience, tailored in line with the client’s business objectives” (2018). Michael Lew

Chief Operating Officer

Michael has over 17 years of consulting experience in technology risk management, cyber forensics, electronic discovery and in recent years, legal AI (Artificial Intelligence).


Michael was formerly a Director with Deloitte and has led their Southeast Asia Discovery team. He is a leading digital forensics investigator who provides expert testimonies in both the courts of Singapore and Malaysia and is the immediate Past President of the High Technology Crime Investigation Association (Singapore Chapter).


Michael founded a legal tech startup in 2017 and remains active in both local and international legal technology and innovation initiatives.

Associate Director

Ann is an Australian lawyer with extensive experience in all facets of dispute resolution.


As a commercial litigator, she has represented publicly-listed companies and high profile clients in large, cross-border disputes.


She has particular specialty in e-discovery in the context of litigation and investigation cases.


Her experience working in Australia, London, Vietnam and Singapore allows her to bring a fresh and astute perspective to problem-solving and project management.
